Projects

Cariboo Place Seniors Housing- Williams Lake BC

This project is the construction of a new 72 bed seniors living facility located in the heart of cariboo country. The new facility, owned by Vantage Living, is meant to support seniors and those who are unable to live independently. This includes people living with dementia and other complex health issues. The building will boast a specially equipped room for bariatric patients as well as a snoezelen room which provides multi-sensory therapy proven to calm people with dementia.
The building is slated to be completed by January 2019


Kwaleen School Renovation
Commercial tenant improvement project. The project scope was for renovations at an older elementary school for the Tsilhqot’in Nation. The project included interior demoloation and new design for the Tsilhqot’in Nation's new Negotiations and External Affairs office. The new office space also had classrooms for rent and a gathering space outside for Tsilhqot’in Nation members.
Conuma Coal Mines - Peace River Region
The scope included mine maintenance, lighting upgrades, generator connections and equipment upgrades accross all three of the Conuma Mine sites. Wolverine, Brule and Willow sites are located in the Tumbler Ridge and Chetwynd districts.
Sienna Ridge Primary Services - Kamloops BC
This project was to supply and install primary underground services to Sienna Ridge Subdivision. The scope included the supply and install of 9 - 75kv transformers and 1- 45kv transformer. The lift station kiosk, primary kiosk for BC Hydro connections and underground work for phase 1 was completed December 2017.
