Eagle Eye Drilling Services is a underground mining company specializing in Longhole Drilling and blasting. Andy brings 25 years of experience as a Driller, Blaster, Trainer, Supervisor, Project Manager and Day to-Day Operations Planner; working at 40+ mines around the world. This level of expertise and industry knowledge placed Andy into roles, with previous employers, where he oversaw the setting up of contracts at various site locations. This included ensuring all staffing, training, and equipment requirements were available and as per site specifications.

On top of delivering quality drilling and blasting services, Eagle Eye Drilling is equipped to provide advanced levels of training with their customized Longhole Training Program; while supporting Client requests for more local indigenous workers to be hired. The statistics show that there will be a huge gap in service delivery due to there not being enough qualified driller’s and blaster’s in the industry; and even more so by not having enough indigenous/local workers. Therefore, Eagle Eye aims to provide educational and employment opportunities to candidates looking for careers in the mining industry.
